Project Introduction
Medical SaaS (Software as a Service) for audio-video and text communications in the healthcare industry refers to cloud-based software solutions designed specifically for healthcare professionals to securely and efficiently communicate with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders using various forms of digital communication.
These platforms offer features such as video conferencing, secure messaging, and file sharing. This technology enables remote consultations, telemedicine, and streamlined communication within healthcare organizations, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiency.
The main roles are doctor, nurse, patient. A modern VoIP platform with an SDK for web and mobile applications was chosen for development. All roles have developed mobile applications for android and ios, as well as a web portal for doctors.The patient’s mobile application can collect BLE data from external medical devices. Implemented individual and group calls. Users can share the app’s screen during video calls.
The developed software meets HIPPA compliance and has high-security standards.

Architecture design
Our team was responsible for designing the system’s architecture, which involved creating a structured plan for the software’s various components to interact efficiently, ensuring scalability, modularity, and smooth data flow. Mobile app development
We developed well-designed, responsive, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS. This application offers easy access to the platform’s features and is optimized for the unique capabilities of each platform.
Cloud communication development

Development of the frontend and backend parts of the web platform
Our professionals developed the frontend and backend parts of the web platform for the Medical SaaS project involves creating a user-friendly interface for healthcare professionals and patients (frontend) and building the underlying infrastructure and logic that powers the platform (backend).
